Kurt Stone and Anthony Caplan regaled their audience with a range of interesting and amusing anecdotes regarding their musical journeys and how they came to write the music that they presented at The Stage in Bathurst on Saturday 20th April, 2024.
Michael Canfield is a musician which South Africa can count itself very fortunate to have inherited from the USA. He has played with many of the greats around the world, including Chuck Berry, Paul Simon and Billy Idol, among a host of others. His evening on Friday 5th April 2024 at The Stage in Bathurst was an absolute blast from start to finish - a show which everyone who was fortunate enough to see it, will remember for a long time to come.

WOW, WOW, WOW! An Irish Evening indeed - Paul Spence, Kath McClelland & Axl Forder absolutely took over The Stage in Bathurst on Tuesday 2nd April, 2024 and WOWED the capacity audience with an evening of total fun filled with a litany of Irish songs, jokes and atmospherics. What an evening!
Paul Spence, Kath McClelland and Charles Webster covered an amazing medley of hits from the 1950's right up to the present day - all supported by Charles' amazing guitar work and a 3 hour workout by all these really talented and enthusiastic artists.
The Naked Actor”, a solo one-act rollercoaster comedy on the existential theme of being an actor.
Not only a brilliant Rhodes Masters scholar on the verge of his first Doctorate, Axl Forder is also an anarchic young actor with a zany, irrepressible talent to amuse.
Dax Butler is a South African Original - A musician who writes his own music and presents it in a style that is entirely his own. Accompanied by an old friend who had not appeared on stage for 40 years - Mick Hope Bailie - these two legends entralled the small audience that gathered to listen to their very special brand at the Stage in Bathurst on the 16th March, 2024.
On the 9th March 2024 the Christian Brothers College Pretoria 1963 & 1964 Matric Classes celebrated their 61st & 60th anniversaries respectively at the Christian Brothers College Old Boys Club in Groenkloof, Pretoria. Sadly a few of those not yet passed couldn't make the event, but please pass this URL onto them if you are able.
Following Steve Newman (formerly of Tananas), and Nish Pillay's quite remarkable and outstanding performance at The Stage in Bathurst on the 22nd February 2024, Aden Hinds pronounced Steve a "National Treasure" - and quite rightly so. Those attending the show were very fortunate indeed to see one of the world's great guitarists at work accompanied by a man whose fingers at work on his Indian drum instrument were quite something to behold. Catch these guys in concert wherever you might be. They are very special.
On Saturday 10th January 2024 Charmaine Allison wowed the audience with a real Tour de Force - She had the audience totally enthralled from start to finish doing 2 1/2 hours without a break - Magic!
Paul Spence, Kath McClelland and Axl Forder absolutely WOWED the audience at three packed out shows of their "Diamond is Forever" performance on the 28/29th December 2023 at the now almost famous "STAGE" venue in Bathurst, EC.
